Double rooms – Prices on request:

• In the prices for the double rooms, breakfast is included
• Without breakfast, we charge 5,00 Euro less per person
• Reduction for children: (when sleeping in the additional beds in the double room):
• Aged 0-3: free
• Aged 4-8: 50% discount
• Aged 9-12: 30% discount
• Aged 13 and older: 15% discount
• If children sleep in their own room, the total amount has to be paid
• Free garage
• Playground
• Check-In: Your room will be ready for you on the day of arrival from at 16.00.
• Check-out: On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to leave the room by 10:00 o‘clock

Holiday apartments – Prices on request:

• The prices for the holiday apartments are for accommodation only (boarding not included)
• Children have no price reduction
• Bed linen and towels are provided
• Final cleaning is included, but the kitchen has to be left clean!
• Please observe waste separation
• Free garage
• Playground
• For an additional charge, we offer: daily breakfast, towels or bedlinen change, fresh bread service, fresh milk from our farm, eggs
• Check-In: Your holiday apartment is ready for you on the day of arrival from 16:00 onwards
• Check-Out: On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to leave the apartment by 9:00 o’clock

Local tax:
The revenues of the local tax are used to expand and maintain public infrastructures and services, as well as for the organisation of culture and sports events. The local tax is levied by the municipality and collected by the owners of tourist accommodations per guest and per night. The amount to pay is determined by the category of the lodging (in our house it is 2,10 Euro per person and night and has to be paid in addition to the above-mentioned price). Children and young people under the age of 14 do not have to pay this tax. The local tax has to be paid on departure and is listed separately on your bill.

Terms of booking:

In order to complete your booking, we ask you to send us a written demand (e-mail or letter) which has to be confirmed by us. Your booking is definitely valid only after we receive a deposit of 250 Euro per room/apartment, which has to be paid within the 14 days after our booking confirmation. For short stays of up to four days, we demand advance payment.

The deposit can be paid via bank transfer – our bank details are:

After receiving the deposit, we will get in touch with you.

Cancellation policy

If you cancel:

• Up to one month earlier, we will keep the amount of one overnight stay and refund the rest.
• Within 30 days before the planned arrival: we will not refund the deposit
• When cancelling 15 days before the planned arrival or when leaving earlier, we will charge the total amount.
